Welcome to Stylenshop! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By placing an order with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.

2. Products & Descriptions

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, actual colors, sizes, or designs may slightly vary due to screen settings or production batches.

3. Pricing & Availability

All prices are listed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Product availability is subject to change without prior notice.

We reserve the right to update prices and discontinue products at any time.

4. Order Placement

Orders are confirmed once payment is received (in prepaid orders) or once confirmed via call/WhatsApp (in case of Cash on Delivery).

We reserve the right to cancel any suspicious or incomplete orders without notice.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery time usually ranges from 3–7 working days, depending on your location.

Shipping charges (if any) are mentioned at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Return & Exchange Policy

Returns or exchanges are only accepted in case of:

Wrong item delivered

Damaged or defective product (reported within 24 hours of delivery)

Return requests must be made via WhatsApp or email with supporting images.

Products must be unused and in original packaging.

We do not offer returns for change of mind.

7. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched.

Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website (images, text, logos) is the property of Stylenshop and cannot be used or reproduced without permission.

9. Modifications to Terms

Stylenshop reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be updated on this page and will take effect immediately.
